HEARING UPDATE

The Constitution Subcommittee is planning to hold a field briefing
on the Pigford v. Glickman settlement at 10:00 am
on Monday, February 28, 2005,
at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center
in Cincinnati, OH.  No witness list or hearing focus has yet been determined. 
Please consult the House Judiciary Committee website
for the public notice containing this information
approximately a week prior to the briefing.
