November 15, 2004 Dr. John Boyd Dear Dr. Boyd: The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry will be hosting the 5th Annual Oklahoma Small Farmers Conference on Saturday, November 20, 2004. The conference will be held at the Plaza Hotel, 4345 North Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This year’s theme will be “A Look at the Declining Minority Farmers and Ways to Improve Profit in the Future.” I would like to extend an invitation to you to speak at the conference to give an update to the group.
